PU leather, slim and compact design, used to produce the small and medium size EVA carrying cases. Such as the eva gift boxes, electronics travel case, These PU eva case are with cute design and waterproof features.

Most of the PU eva case are with embossed logo or debossed logo on them, and the logo is build on case mold, to avoid other clients use their mold or design.

So our designer find a better solution, just use the leather texture PU to produce the leather champagne carrier and, which has the luxury looking and lower price!
Most of the electronics travel cases are made from PU leather, too, since all the electronics travel cases are come in small and medium size, and people do not use them outdoor.
PU leather also could be laminated with soft EVA foam, so it is have the good hand feeling, then we could call them the EVA pouches, those PU leather could be easily printed since the surface is plain as the mirrors, clients could print their company logos in large area for swim goggle organizer case and other promotional eva cases.
Bottle Cage Tool Bag and Bottle Cage Zip Case are also the typical PU eva cases, some clients print their logo in black on matte black PU Leather and with heat sublimation printing lining inside, which looks more luxury.
Some clients do not like the common mutipandex EVA cases or nylon EVA cases, they select PU leather to produce their snowboard goggle holder and universal snowboard goggle case, so the EVA Case factory needs to use more high quality PU leather to cater their commands. We need to make sure that the PU leather won’t peal off and get cracked at least 5 years.
Wet method PU leather with litchi pattern is more and more popular these years, EVA case factory customized watch box and customized watch case for OMEGA, easily stamped with company logo since this PU leather is very flexible. But the price is also higher, too!
There are also some differences between high quality and common quality PU leather, such as the coating thickness, and the surface treatment, composition quality grade, and the fabric base, etc.
